Free Flow Grease fitting is used for grease lubrication of valve pipelines repair and equipment maintenance, especially in oilfield or marine engineering. Main body material we produce is stainless steel. We use Monel and Inconel alloys for ball and spring to achieve high mechanical strength. Our free flow grease fitting is in giant button head, equipped with vented cap to enhance the sealing function. It achieves 10,000psi API pressure class. We also produce custom specifications according to customer’s requirement.
Our free flow grease fitting utilizes a screw threaded into the fitting body, acts as a ball support and spring guide which allows for free flow of lubricants and sealant around the spring. Unrestricted flow path helps increasing flow rate. The screw can be taken out when proceeding periodic maintenance which makes valve operates easier and seal properly.
