We are proud of our unique process and vast experiences in diversified materials which allow us to manufacturer high quality and high temperature resistant wave springs in custom specifications. Diameter size ranges from 1/2” to 16” (12mm~500mm). Two major types are single turn and multi turn. We have in-house tooling design center conducts computer aided spring calculations for each custom design so we are capable to provide OEM, ODM services and technical supports.
Wave Springs in Specifications fit Customer Applications:
Wave spring is a type of compression spring made from pre-hardened flat wire in a process called on-edge coiling (or edge-winding) with waves added along the coils for more spring effect. They are suitable for applications that have minimal space but need tight load deflection. The axial space can be reduced up to 50%. Spring steels are mostly low-alloy manganese, low carbon steel or high carbon steel with very high yield strength, stainless steel and special alloys for high corrosion resistance or very high temperature applications. Either for the raw material of Wire Rods, or the materials during production, the Round Wire and the Flat Wire, Teamco executes strict quality control and heat treatment to make sure that the materials fit international standard and the customer required properties. Each wave spring is formed to dimensions fit customer requirements and applications.

From prototype to full production, Teamco produces custom steel castings for wide variety of applications include oil&gas, machinery, fluid control, automotive, petrochemical, energy, electrical, automation equipment, construction and boat equipment, etc. More than 40% of our steel castings are in stainless steel and its alloy. Stainless Steel has a stable passivation layer that protects it from air and moisture therefore it is resistant to rust, therefore it is a good choice for applications including outdoor or high-temperature, etc.
With more than 20 years experiences in building Structural Components and safety locking hardware, Teamco provides good quality machined castings according to customer specifications. The major applications include structural assembly, door and window hardware and entrance safety equipment. Investment casting (Lost Wax) is the major production method and some designs are produced with forging, stamping or raw material machining depending on which fits the specification the most and is more cost-effective. CF8M (Stainless Steel 316) is the major material used for achieving the required product features and strength. All materials we produce follow international specifications such as ASTM, AISI, JIS or DIN, etc. To fit diversified applications, after precision machining, we provide assigned surface treatments such as passivation, satin polishing, mirror polishing, zinc plating, etc.
Teamco provides compression springs in various sizes and shapes to fit customer’s diversified applications. Compression springs are open-coil helical springs that offers resistance to a compressive force applied axially, usually coiled as constant diameter cylinder. Required by various applications, there are other forms of compression springs such as conical, concave, convex or combinations, etc. These springs usually contain the highest potential energy when the spring is compressed. When they are not compressed, there is gap between each turn.
