Technical Issues or Challenges
The component requires a high level of manufacturing precision, particularly for the 2.5-inch inner diameter, which must be maintained within tight dimensional tolerances. In addition, the inner surface must achieve a surface roughness of **Ra 8 after plating**, resulting in an almost mirror-polished finish. The design also features an oil injection hole with a high depth-to-diameter ratio, presenting additional machining challenges and requiring specialized processing techniques to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality throughout the feature.
