The applications include auto maintenance, factory processing systems, agricultural vehicles and equipment, etc. We offer the grease nipple in straight, 30 degree, 45 degree, 65 degree, 90 degree, flush type head. Materials we produce include stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, following SAE, DIN, JIS and BS. We also offer required surface treatments such as zinc plating or passivation.
The pressure supplied by the grease gun forces the bearing ball in the fitting to move back against the force of its retaining spring. Then it allows lubricant to pass through a channel and be forced into the voids of the bearing. The ball returns to its closed position when pressure ceases. The convex area of the grease nipple allows the concave tip of the grease gun to seal against the fitting easily from many angles.
