Leak Lock Fitting Provides Instant Leak Prevention
The leak lock fittings can be utilized to block the leaking valves or inject lubricants or sealants into leaking valves in an emergency. Teamco provides leak lock fittings in body with giant button head and vented cap. Materials we provide are stainless steel 316 and carbon steel 4140 in zinc plating. When leakage happens, the leak lock fittings can be attached and tightened, the metal seal provides the sealing to stop leaking. The main application of our leak lock fittings is in segment of oil & gas pipeline maintenance for worldwide customers.
Our leak lock fitting body is with 5/8” UNF thread. When screw on a leak lock adapter, this leak lock fitting can be slipped onto a grease fitting on valve or pipeline serves as a block to flow the grease (or sealant) from the leak lock fitting body through the cone shape end into the fitting’s button head hole. For the leak lock adapter, we have three slot sizes, 15mm, 19mm and 22mm, which fit various button head sizes in the market. The metal cap equipped on the giant button head of the leak lock body allows for a reliable metal-to-metal seat and with vent holes to warn the technician if the valve is leaking. This metal cap placed over to the button head can also prevent contaminants from being injected through the fitting into the valve.
